Who am I?

I’m Jack Dixon, the Founder and Author of Longevity Minded. This newsletter is the creation of my passion for exercise, nutrition, well-being, and overall health and my determination to help others increase their lifespan and healthspan while improving how they feel on a day-to-day basis in the process.
