Despite information being more accessible than ever, most of the people delivering that information fall into two groups:

  1. The Simplifiers: These people ignore research and nuance and make bold, unsupported claims based on their personal preferences and beliefs.

  2. The Complicators: These are usually doctors or PhDs that offer accurate, science-backed information. But their delivery is poor. They drag on citing papers forgetting that we’re not academics or study subjects suited for protocols that were designed in a lab.

That’s where I come in.

My job is to filter out rubbish from the Simplifiers and distill the time-tested, science-backed information from the Complicators into its most simple, practical, and actionable form.

I dig deep into the research from trusted sources like Peter Attia, Andrew Huberman, Rhonda Patrick, Layne Norton, Andy Galpin, Thomas Dayspring, Arthur Brooks, and more to serve you proven longevity strategies accompanied by a straightforward explanation communicated in a non-technical and engaging way.

About me

Jack Dixon here, the face behind Longevity Minded.

I’m not a scientist or doctor and I don’t spend my weekends poring over the latest studies or hanging out with PhDs. In fact, I graduated university with a business degree. I’m a practitioner with a voracious appetite to discover how I can extend my lifespan and improve my healthspan and a passion for sharing those ideas with you.

You won’t find jargon-filled summaries of experimental research or articles pitching “promising new breakthroughs.” That’s far too volatile, unproven, and subject to change. But if you crave proven strategies accompanied by a straightforward explanation communicated in a non-technical and engaging way, you’re in the right place.

Everything I publish is distilled into its most simple, practical, and actionable form and is time-tested, proven, and science-supported. If I haven’t tried it or don’t believe it, you won’t read it here. And if I’m unsure about something, I’ll state it. This is my information sanctuary as much as it is yours. I wouldn’t misinform myself and I don’t plan on misinforming you.
