To learn lessons rather than withdraw or quit. To gain perspective, accept the potentially unacceptable. Find in yourself kind, open acceptance to the discomfort, the pain, making them positive. Yes, most circumstance are managed by perspective. Until you get blindsided by a bus. As always, Super Proud! Love Dad

Jack! So good to see your post. Good to know that I'm doing well according to your list. "Prevention is primary. You want to be active and train hard your whole life. Put yourself in your 60-year-old-you shoes, because that day is coming." 64 this year and still able to move 2 family homes worth of furniture without hired help. (Ok, my 15 year old son is a beast, so I guess have strapping sons may count for cheating.)
