I am glad you included the de loading / rest component and made it a critical aspect of the program. I have been “going hard” for almost 5 months. The last few weeks my overall fatigue levels are quite noticeable. Super ready for a “rest week”. Thanks for reminding us about the importance of rest!!
Sounds like it’s much needed. We have to rest to continually improve! (I’m still trying to convince myself of that fact despite knowing it to be true.)
