Most consider reducing carbs, or fat, or trying vegetarianism as the route to better health. Sugar, like breath, is the under viewed issue, simple and obvious but sorely overlooked. Once again, you have provided guidance and solutions that can be game-changers for health and longevity. Much thanks!

Absolutely. Someone who is trying to lose weight could have difficulty moving the needle because of the few pieces of dried mango (or something of the sort) that wipes out what otherwise would be a caloric deficit.

This is an issue with misleading products that are pedaled as "health foods" due to an inherent trait (no sugar added, organic, naturally occurring...) but are clearly detrimental once you look under the hood and see what's really there.

Then there's the concern of metabolic health even if someone appears to be in good shape. If your body is constantly battling high levels of blood glucose, it's likely only a matter of time before metabolic issues such as insulin resistance kick in.

Piece by piece we learn and get better. It's a process, not an event.
