Thanks Robyn! I’m a morning person so that split works better for me too. The one benefit to having “dinner” and “night” as two separate buckets — even though they are so close together — is that most people, me included, slip up in their diets in the evening.
So if you’re using this for nutrition/diet related goals, it’s helpful to have smaller time chunks at night to reset quick if you slip up.
Thanks for reading and leaving your thoughts! Happy to hear you like this framework, although I cannot take credit for designing it.
Just came across this and love it. So simple -- and so reassuring.
So happy to hear this is useful, Rose :) Thanks for reading.
Really interesting!
Thanks so much, Bryan!
I love this habit hack Jack. For me it would be before brekkie (my most productive session), morning, afternoon and evening.
