I started following him and a few other similar accounts on Instagram a while back, to try and find an answer to my knee and back pain as well. Yoga and Hindu squats have helped me manage it somewhat over the years, but I haven't been able to run or jump or play sports without pain in ages. Gonna check out his stuff more seriously, thanks for writing this!

Can’t recommend the Knee Ability Zero program linked at the bottom enough! It enabled me to run again and I’m sure could do the same for you. Best of luck and please do let me know if you get results with it.

Thank you for sharing your story. Sometimes the most unconventional paths lead to the most remarkable transformations. It's inspiring how you faced the challenge of knee pain head-on and found a solution that not only alleviated your pain but also transformed your overall health and fitness.

Nice work, Jack. I came across Ben’s work recently and was considering starting his program but was a bit skeptical if it was worth it. Guess I will be trying it now!

Such a good story & excellent essay curating Ben’s work.

Having knee pain is scary & it’s so easy to get stuck thinking it’ll haunt me for life.

More subtle message that there are the tools to shape our bodies and heal ourselves, only if we know where to look and who to follow.

Hopefully Ben gets to see this :)

Thanks tommy boy, appreciate you reading pal. Wonderful message you left with. Although it can feel like there's nothing out there to help us fully heal from an injury and even become stronger, there often is if we look in the right places and put in the necessary work.

I hope so too!

Having run marathons, played AAA goalie position in hockey, worked out fairly consistently since 12 and having bothered knees scoped, I figured I would need to just manage my knee pain for the rest of my days. Jack got me on a few simple knees over toes exercises and voila, my knee pain dissipated. So hiking, steep descents etc are pain free. Ya, I tried it and it works 🙏

Thanks Dad. It really does work if you put in the work. For all those feeling hopelessly lost in an injury, this might be the solution.
