Thanks for the video, Fuser. I’ll check it out. I’ve played around with kettlebell windmills before but never made them a consistent habit.

What have you found to be the biggest benefit(s) from practicing them?

Creo que el mayor beneficio es la eficiencia ya que apunta a muchas partes del cuerpo...casi siempre los hago al final de mis entrenamientos...3 o 4 series con un peso de ligero a moderado...y a veces los salpico en otras partes del día...yo tampoco fui consistente con ellos antes de ver ese video y ver los molinos con otra perspectiva...
