Reading your book and learning how to exercise while traveling has been a game changer for me.

It's often ignored by the mainstream health/wellness industry but not having "zero days" and maintaining rather than declining compounds to HUGE differences over the long-term.

Thanks Tommy, I appreciate your support! Couldn't have put it better. The main goal with travel exercise, especially if you are moderately to well trained, is to maintain so you aren't in a worse spot upon your return than when you left. Glad to hear the ebook has helped!
