This message is so eloquently written. One I can read and reread. Love it!!! This is honestly an attitude and practice we could all do with!!! Letting go of our physical image, how insignificant it really is, to focus on being kinder, touching others with our words or deeds and just trying to be a better human to those we meet! I am taking your words to heart. They are so wise and worthwhile and we can let them inspire us to practice being better!!! Your girlfriend is right!!!
