I’ve been thinking of a better term for “diet.” And lifestyle seemed to broad. Eating strategy is perfect!

I agree with your reply to Rob. Experimenting and iterating our strategies when it comes to eating is key. It might not sound as sexy to others as being a pure vegetarian, vegan, or whatsoever. But who are we doing this for, right? Loved the article! Thank you.

Diet has become an ugly term over the last handful of decades as it generally instills debate ("My diet is better than yours!") or avoidance ("I don't want to go on a diet"). Looking at how we eat as our personalized eating strategy let's us learn, experiment, iterate, and ultimately, settle on what works best for us.

Thanks, Jack, for reminding us how to eat to stay healthy. It’s amazing how something so simple (eating right) is ill considered by so many. Especially when what you eat is so critical to your longevity.

Thanks for reading! Surely. It is simple, but not easy. The world of nutrition is filled with misinformation, false beliefs, and hidden assumptions. But with first principles thinking, a willingness to pay attention to science, and by experimenting and iterating, we can all find an eating strategy that works for us.
