Welcome to this week’s edition of Supercharged Sundays, a members-only weekly newsletter sharing three actionable health, fitness, and wellness practices for your week ahead.

Here are this week’s experiments.

TV Watching Strategies

Sitting on a chair for hours on end can result in a lack of stability and lead to back and knee pain, poor mobility, and a host of other issues.

Besides using a standing desk at work, our modern-day lifestyles make it nearly impossible to avoid sitting for a seemingly endless number of hours per day.

To avoid some of the havoc that chair sitting wreaks on your body, practice floor sitting at night when you’re reading, watching TV, or even eating dinner.

There are no wrong ways to sit on the ground.

Fidget, change positions, and work towards the goal of 30 cumulative minutes of floor sitting per day every day.

To start, here are six ground-sitting positions to play with.
